Nederman Holding AB (publ), on Stockholm Stock Exchange, is establishing a bridge-head in South America by acquiring the Brazilian company AtSource Exaustao Localizada Ltda., with a turnover of approximately SEK 6 million. The company is specialized in environmentally friendly systems for extraction and filtration of dust, gases, smoke, exhaust fumes and other particles. End-users of Nederman products and systems are found in a variety of industrial sectors.

AtSource Exaustao Localizada, which, after take-over, will change name to Nederman do Brasil Comércio de Produtos de Exaustao Ltda, will be the base for Nederman in South America and the regional office for establishing a distribution network.

Nederman has previously good relations with important European companies in Brazil, such as Volkswagen where several installations have been done at their production units in Brazil.

Nederman pays 450 000 Euro for the company. The acquisition will have a marginal effect on the result for 2007.
